CONCRETE ADDITIVES
LIGNOSULFONATES
Lignosulfonates are used as a plasticizer additive in the concrete industry, it allows to improve its workability and significantly reduce the amount of mixing water, which causes a greater and faster mechanical resistance of the set product, which is also less permeable, more homogeneous and aesthethic. Sodium and Calcium lignosulfonates are generally used for this application.
Some of the benefits are:
- They provide greater strength and durability to concrete.
- Reduction of water, increasing the fluidity of the dough, improving the rheological properties.
- Retardant effects in concrete admixture.

LIQUID SODIUM LIGNOSULFONATE
Efficient, versatile, and adaptable solution for multiple industries.
El lignosulfonato de sodio liquido es un aditivo de origen natural derivado de la industria de la madera, presentado en forma líquida para facilitar su manejo, dosificación y desempeño en aplicaciones industriales.
- Raw material for the development of concrete additives (water reducer / plasticizer)

NAFTALEN SULFONATO DE SODIO
Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate is used as a concrete additive in the construction industry.
Some of its benefits are:
- It works as a highly effective water reducer without affecting the workability of the concrete and increasing its strength.
- It acts as a plasticizer, improving the workability of the concrete and facilitating its compaction.
- It reduces the segregation and the concrete bleeding during mixing and transportation.

CALCIUM NITRATE
Calcium nitrate is a highly water-soluble inorganic salt, primarily used as an accelerator, source of calcium and nitrogen, and industrial additive.
- Accelerator for concrete and mortars
- Greater strength gain at early ages
- Reduction of setting time
- Reduces the risk of severe setting delays at low temperatures

LIQUID POLYCARBOXYLATE
Polycarboxylate is a next-generation raw material used to formulate superplasticizer additives based on polycarboxylate technology, designed to improve concrete fluidity with a low water/cement ratio.
Concreto Premezclado
- Increases compressive strength
- Better finish
- Improved pumpability
Precast
- Greater mechanical strength
- More efficient curing
- Optimization of production cycles
High-Strength Concrete
- Fewer air bubbles
- Better appearance
- Greater uniformity
Pumpable Concrete
- Less friction
- Less pumping pressure
- More stable flow

Sodium gluconate as concrete additive
The sodium gluconate is used as an additive for concrete formulation.
Some of its benefits are:
- It works as a retardant in the setting process.
- It is an agent that disperses and moistens the concrete ingredients, which provides greater stability, allows it to have greater adherence to metal reinforcements and reduces corrosion.
Some of the benefits are:
- They provide greater strength and durability to concrete.
- Reduction of water, increasing the fluidity of the dough, improving the rheological properties.
- Retardant effects in concrete admixture.
